1. Services & scope١. الخدمات والنطاق

Every engagement is defined by a written scope. Work outside the scope is quoted separately before it begins.كل تعاقد يُعرَّف بنطاق مكتوب. العمل خارج النطاق يُسعَّر قبل بدئه.

2. Payments & renewal٢. الدفع والتجديد

• Monthly plans bill in advance each cycle; yearly plans bill annually.الشهرية تُفوتر مقدمًا كل دورة؛ والسنوية سنويًا.
• Ad spend and third-party fees are billed at cost or by the provider.الإنفاق الإعلاني ورسوم الطرف الثالث بالتكلفة أو عبر المزود.
• Late payments over 14 days may pause work until settled.تأخر الدفع فوق ١٤ يومًا قد يوقف العمل.

3. Client responsibilities٣. مسؤوليات العميل

You provide accurate assets, access and approvals in agreed windows. Approval delays shift timelines day-for-day.توفر أصولًا صحيحة وصلاحيات واعتمادات في النوافذ المتفق عليها. تأخرها يزحزح الجدول.

4. Intellectual property٤. الملكية الفكرية

On full payment, delivered work becomes yours. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you object in writing.عند السداد الكامل يصبح العمل ملكك. نحتفظ بعرضه في معرض أعمالنا ما لم تعترض كتابيًا.

5. Confidentiality٥. السرية

Both parties keep non-public information confidential during and after the engagement.يحفظ الطرفان المعلومات غير العلنية سرًا أثناء التعاقد وبعده.

6. Results disclaimer٦. إخلاء نتائج

Outcomes depend on markets, budgets and competition. Case numbers are real but not guarantees.النتائج تعتمد على الأسواق والميزانيات والمنافسة. الأرقام حقيقية لكنها ليست ضمانًا.

7. Termination٧. الإنهاء

Monthly plans end with 30 days’ written notice; yearly plans run to term unless mutually ended. All files handed over on termination.الشهرية تنتهي بإشعار ٣٠ يومًا؛ والسنوية تكمل مدتها ما لم يُنهَ بالتراضي. تُسلَّم كل الملفات عند الإنهاء.

8. Liability٨. المسؤولية

Liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.المسؤولية محدودة بأجور الثلاثة أشهر السابقة للمطالبة.

9. Governing law٩. القانون الحاكم

Governed by the laws stated in your contract; disputes go first to good-faith negotiation.تحكمها قوانين الدولة المذكورة في عقدك؛ والخلافات تُعرض أولًا على تفاوض بحسن نية.
